Courscene follows a local-first, data-minimizing design. This public website is separated from on-site production controls.

1. Scope

This policy covers the public Courscene website, project setup inquiries, and support. Individual on-site configurations may include additional notices.

2. Website data

This website creates no user accounts, comments, or public chat, and does not request browser access to a microphone, camera, location, or contacts. Cloudflare provides delivery and security protection and may process necessary network and security logs under its policies.

3. Local production data

Lesson titles, presenter names, layout settings, and transcripts are stored on the configured production computer. The default caption workflow runs locally and does not require sending lesson audio to a cloud captioning service.

4. Support contact

When you email open5588@gmail.com, we receive the contact details and issue description you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, access keys, or unnecessary learner data.

5. Retention and deletion

Support messages are retained as needed to resolve requests and meet necessary obligations. Contact support to ask about or request deletion of information you provided.

6. Updates

If the service scope or data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
