Please read these terms before using the Courscene website or receiving project-based setup services.

1. Service

Courscene provides lesson layouts, control interfaces, local captions, and setup support for use with OBS Studio. Available features vary by hardware, operating system, OBS version, and project configuration.

2. User responsibility

Users must have the right to use lesson materials, slides, video, audio, fonts, and background assets, and must obtain any required consent before recording, captioning, streaming, or publishing.

3. No uninterrupted-service guarantee

We reasonably maintain the toolkit but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation across every device, plugin, network, or third-party update. Complete a real-device rehearsal and prepare appropriate backups before a live session.

4. Intellectual property

Except for content owned by users or third parties, Courscene software, layouts, copy, and original visuals are protected by intellectual-property law. They may not be reproduced, resold, or stripped of rights notices without permission.

5. Third-party services

OBS Studio, Cloudflare, operating systems, browsers, fonts, and other hardware or software are governed by their respective providers’ terms. Courscene is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the OBS Project.

6. Updates

We may update these terms when the service changes. The revised version and effective date will be posted on this page.
